The season 4 episode "Jurassic Bark" features a flashback to the cryogenic room from "Space Pilot 3000". On its initial airing observant viewers noticed that Nibbler made a brief appearance during the flashback that was not in the original scene. This was added to maintain continuity with the then unaired episode "The Why of Fry". "Space Pilot 3000" was then modified for syndication and DVD to reflect these changes. In this modified form, Nibbler is visible under the table in all episodes featuring the cryogenic room, with the exception of "Anthology of Interest I" where the scene is shown during a hypothetical scenario where Fry does not fall into the tube.
