Storyline

It's Danny's 30th birthday, and unbeknownst to him, the family is planning a big bash, even though Danny didn't want a party. Jesse and Joey plan on giving him cool new seat covers for his pride and joy, Bullet. But things go completely awry when Jesse accidentally steers Bullet into the bay, rendering the seat covers useless. Joey and Jesse quickly search for a replacement for Bullet and, as luck would have it, they find a very reasonable facsimile at an auto dealership. But before they can close the deal, someone else calls up to bid on the car. Jesse and Joey begin bidding on the car against the man, not knowing it's really Danny. Written by <Explorerds6789>

Death of a Car
6 December 2013 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

Danny is not happy that he's turning thirty. The family's planning a surprise birthday party for him, and they have the perfect gift idea: new seat covers for his car, Bullet.

But an accident happens and Bullet dies. The accident isn't Jesse's fault, but he still feels guilty. They feel so bad for Danny that Jesse and Joey go look for a new car for Danny.

The funny part follows, and the result is pretty humorous. I think this is one of the better episodes of Season One. Remember the captain of the fishing boat a few episodes back? She appears in this episode as a party guest.
