Storyline

Phoebe feels really bad because she meets her ex David, the scientist who moved to Minsk, behind Mike's back. Chandler feels threatened when he finds out that Monica thinks her colleague Jeffrey is about the funniest man she knows. After interviewing candidates as nanny for baby Emma, Sandy is obviously ideal, a natural to work with children, including instant fan Joey, with one single flaw: Ross can't handle it's a he, and not even gay. Trivia

As Chandler is leaving for Tulsa, he tells Monica to have Geoffrey (who Monica claimed was the funniest person she ever met) email him with funny Oklahoma jokes at www.hahanotsomuch.com. This was a real web page with various quotes from that episode which has since been removed. See more »

Goofs

Ross says that Emma is 2 months old, and in the previous episode they say it's Halloween. However, in season 8, while Rachel is pregnant and they have the Thanksgiving dinner, she is about 4 month pregnant, which means that she should have given birth somewhere in April/May, meaning that Emma should be about 6-7 months old by the time of Halloween/Thanksgiving. Also in the 7th season, when Monica buys her wedding dress, she says to the blonde woman that her wedding is on May 15th. We know that Rachel gets pregnant about 1 month before the wedding - which should mean that Emma is born around January. Therefore, she couldn't be 2 months old in November. All of this is a really big confusion in the plot and it gives pregnancy in general a whole new dimension. See more »

This episode was amazingly funny. Basically Freddie Prinze Jr. plays Sandy a lovable male nanny. Freddie played this part really well i thought he made it so the character was believable and Sandys true colours shine through. It's a very different role than Freddie is used to playing and i thought he would kind of suck at this type of character after seeing him in She's all that and I know what you did last summer in which the roles are fairly similar. But he proved me wrong and made me laugh so much it was just the way he reacted to certain things going on in the episode. This is a friends episode which is worth while seeing and along as Freddie in the script making you laugh Chandler is also very funny in this episode in his dilemma. I strongly recommend seeing it. See how funny it is for yourself.
