Storyline

After 21 hours Rachel is finally ready to go to the delivery room and baby-girl Geller Green is born and her name is Emma! Janice comes to see Rachel and Janice says she admires Rachel for her strength to raise the child on her own. When Rachel says she isn't alone because she has Ross, Janice tells her that Ross won't stay around forever and might meet someone else. Suddenly, Rachel feels very alone and she tries to talk to Ross about the kiss they had. Ross doesn't want to have a relationship with Rachel anymore because if it doesn't work out it would really hurt Emma and he and Rachel are doing fine as things are now. Joey comes to comfort Rachel and she accidentally thinks Joey is proposing to her! Written by Anonymous

The One Where Rachel Has a Baby: Part 2
5 September 2011 | by (Canada) – See all my reviews

Bringing Janice in always makes an episode better. Bering in Janice in labour makes it much better! She was really great in this episode. Also liked how Chandler got to meet her or how they heard her laugh while trying to make a baby next door

Besides this and the ending I found the episode pretty dull. Like Phoebe keeps on telling Ross that him and Rachel belong together. Way too often and way too boring. And I don't even remember what else was happening because it was so uneventful

And Janice also lead to a great season finale by making Rachel insecure about having a baby by herself and saying "yes" when Joey "proposed"
