One of the video boxes seen in the video store is Beauty and the Beast (1991), in which the Beast is voiced by Robby Benson, who also directed this episode. See more »

Goofs

When Joey is trying to talk about The Shining in front of Rachel, he says "Remember when Danny sees those two blanks in the hallway" (referring to the twins) and "All blank and no blank make blank a blank blank" (referring to the famous line "All work and no play make Jack a dull boy". Those things do not happen in the book by Stephen King, and are exclusive to the 1980 movie adaptation. See more »

The One Where Monica and Richard Are Just Friends
27 June 2011 | by (Canada) – See all my reviews

The best part of this episode is about the guy Phoebe is dating who doesn't wear underwear and has everyone see his stuff through his shorts. It isn't so much the story as the great reactions of all the characters towards it and the awesome word play at the end when Phoebe tries to break up with him. And Gunther gets a great line that makes everyone laugh J

oey and Rachel exchanging books is also a good one. Joey is very cute. I loved the scene where he accidentally tells Rachel the end of Shining and they start spoiling the books to each other.

The story of Monica and Richard I could live without. I didn't find it funny nor did I care for them getting together to find it interesting
