Storyline

Bride Monica emphatically denies the rumor of her pregnancy, which has even reached Ross. Rachel frantically fears and refuses to tell the truth, so Phoebe pretends to be the mother to be. But when she remembers she shouldn't be drinking alcohol and spits outs champagne Monica guesses the truth. Ordered to change from his World War I uniform costume, Joey can only find a white tennis kit to wear. Ross sees an attractive guest and changes the seating arrangement to sit with her, but mixes up numbers 6 with 9 landing instead at the kids table, on a chair which makes 'funny' noises. His 'date' is nonetheless impressed by his kindness to kids as he lets little girls dance' standing on his shoes, but his last 'partner' is built less like an angel. Written by KGF Vissers

Trivia

When Monica and Chandler get engaged, Monica finds Rachel and Ross kissing in the hallway and accuses Rachel of stealing her thunder. To get her back, Monica states that when Rachel gets engaged, Monica is going to announce that she is pregnant - thereby stealing Rachel's thunder. However, it is Rachel that announces on Monica's wedding night that she is pregnant. See more »

Goofs

Joey is revealed to have "freakishly tiny feet". For Chandler not to have noticed this before - through the many years of sharing an apartment, playing basketball and football together, taking camping trips together, visiting Joey in hospital (during his kidney stone ailment) and watching Joey in drama plays that included dance numbers - is totally inconceivable. The One Where Rachel Is Pregnant...
19 October 2014 | by See all my reviews

I love this episode it's so funny. And it is just a great storyline.

So, we pick up where we left off last season. At Monica and Chandler's wedding. Everyone thinks that Monica is pregnant even when she denies. When her parents find out that she's not, they get so sad, and she says "But I did get married today", and they go "That's great, dear", in a non- happy tone. Phoebe takes control of the pregnancy rumour has says that she is pregnant, to protect Rachel. Phoebe and Rachel have a long discussion about it. Then Monica talks to Rachel about Phoebe's "pregnancy", saying how irresponsible it was. Rachel breaks down and admits that she's pregnant, not Phoebe. They all go into the bathroom, where Rachel takes a pregnancy test, just to make sure. Phoebe tells Rachel that she's not pregnant and she starts crying, out of sadness. But then Phoebe says that she was lying to get her real reaction, and that she is in fact, pregnant. Meanwhile, Chandler won't get on the dance floor, due to his shoes being to slippery. And Ross switches tables to be with a nice woman he met. But he read the card wrong, and is put at the kids table. Then all of the kids ask him to dance. So he does to impress Mona, the girl he liked.

Overall, I give this episode a 10 out of 10.
