Storyline

Hester persuades William that they should join Emma and Peter on a canal boat holiday but it is not very enjoyable, due to persistent rain and Hester's inability to play I-Spy in French so the Fields are heartily glad when a family emergency calls Peter away and they can spend the night in a hotel. Returning home they discover that the marquis, from whom they are renting their house, intends to sell it and the Trendles are keen to buy. Hester makes a decision on the spot - she and William will sell their house in England and buy it themselves. Written by don @ minifie-1
