However, in the prior episode "Travels with Martin" (1:21), when Frasier asks Niles to join in a family RV trip, Niles responds, "Frasier, you're my brother - that entitles you to my bone marrow and one of my kidneys, but this is an imposition," making no remarks as to said kidneys' size.
