A local farmer named Gonzalo (Pedro Gonzalez Gonzalez, "Rio Bravo") tells Sister Bertrille that he is moving to St. Thomas to work for his brother-in-law. He gives the convent's milk cow, Alicia, to the convent in exchange for paying his remaining car payments totaling $300. Sister Bertrille feels it is a good value for a steady dairy source. However, the cow fails to produce. Dr. Escobar (Davis Roberts) says there is nothing physically wrong, but that she is homesick and lonesome. The convent goes under some unsuccessful comical steps to find a solution. Reverend Mother Placido says the cow must be sold to a butcher. Gonzalo says he can cure the problem if Alicia is brought to St. Thomas. Sister Bertrille convinces Carlos' girlfriend Danielle (Danielle De Metz) into having Carlos take the cow on his yacht to St. Thomas. Can Gonzalo unlock the key?
