Storyline

A tycoon who is a dead ringer for Fred decides to flee responsibility. The tycoon is needed to complete a big business deal, so his desperate employees find and swoop down on Fred to impersonate the rich man. Meanwhile, the tycoon goes about town among the little people, encountering Fred's friends and associates, including Wilma, Barney, and Betty, whom he of course doesn't recognize, and creating many bruised feelings.
