Wilma is planning a surprise birthday party for Fred at the Rubbles' house.
An OK episode, not one of the best. It begins with Wilma saying Fred does not want a big fuss on his birthday, though he really does. Barney is in charge of keeping Fred occupied while the party is being set up. Fred knows there will be a party but doesn't know where. Barney takes him to a health club and the exercising causes Fred to fall asleep. Barney puts him in his car and brake is off so Fred ends up in a runaway car while passed out. Funniest scene is when two little old ladies (from Pasadenarock) buy Barney's car when it ends up in a used car lot, with Fred in the trunk. Barney pretends to be a Scotland Yard inspector (with Scottish accent) to get the car back.
