Storyline

Barney is tired of Fred practical jokes, as the last one almost drowned him with the garden hose. Thinking of a plan, he just happens to win 500 dollars at a jingles contest. This brought him an idea seeing all these bills, an idea that might end Fred's habit of 'practical joking'. However, at one point, Barney thinks he would like to 'keep the fish' on the line, but Betty has to stop him too... Written by RealLiveClaude
