"Father Murphy" Sweet Sixteen (TV Episode 1982) Poster

(TV Series)

The scene where Mae dresses down the kids for treating Josephine badly scene smacks of 1980s political correctness in the 1870s. Where the real anachronism is when Mae says, "But one I hope you never make again, is turning against someone you care about, because someone else put a label on them." That phrase did not exist until the invention of label makers.
