Sister Steve's tearaway teenage brother is framed for murder-by a Cop, but Father Dowling and Stevie are going to prove him innocent, and do the usual snooping, detecting and fun stuff - it's a pleasant episode where the father uses his poor driving skills to use by preventing the bad guy from shooting sister Stevie and her brother.
