The Science Project (#2.10)

A cute episode. Although I would rather see people compete for Urkel to be their project partner. Even though it is obvious he would pick his dear Laura.

The atomic bomb story was of course very silly, but nonetheless it made me laugh a lot. I especially loved the Urkel on the computer screen giving the messages before the explosion. It looks so 90's! It is weird though that this dream would make Laura change her mind since it was obviously silly.

I did like the ending and the how it went with the project, I liked how they made the connection to the dream here.

More Steve and Laura bonding?! Hell yes! As much as Laura continuously disappoints me by taking advantage of Steve's kindness and honesty, I still appreciate Steve being given moments that make him feel like all is going right in his life... and that he still has a chance.

That's life. That's what all the people say...

Warning: Spoilers
To get Steve's help with a science project, Laura enlists his aid, under false pretenses. Her guilt causes her to have a crazy dream which features Carl, Harriet, Mother Winslow and the science teacher doing a great rendition of the song, "That's Life." When Laura wakes up, we get another great Steve-Laura moment. She admits to Steve that she was dishonest with him. But, was she really? She gave him a big hug! Who hugs someone they don't like? I love when Steve faints, after confirming that Laura really hugged him!
