It's already bad enough for Carl when he is accidentally locked in the school's fallout shelter. Worse, it's with Urkel and school custodian Mr. Looney - who pass the time singing old show tunes.

The Looney Bin (#6.4)
23 July 2013 | by (Canada) – See all my reviews

Carl and Steve go to the basement to talk to Looney (it's french!) and they end up being stuck there unable to open the door. In the meantime Harriet struggles being jobless for about 6 months until she gets a fortunate opportunity that results in her having a job.

The story about Carl, Urkel and Looney is pretty boring. I really don't care about them being in that basement. But it did give us some funny scenes such as them singing "I'm singing in the rain" and trying to figure out when to pull the door.

Harriet's story was not great either. It is hard being happy about her getting a job when one knows that a guy just lost it because of a hard life
