After suffering endless teasing and humiliation about his weight, Chris decides he wants to shape up. Peter puts him on a diet and exercise program, but when the results are slow in coming, he turns to plastic surgery. Chris opts out of the operation at the last minute, but Peter decides to have the procedure done himself, followed by implants and reconstruction that turn him into a self-centered hunk. Meanwhile, Stewie tries to taunt Chris by overeating, but ends up with a weight problem of his own. Written by Jean-Marc Rocher <>

[Peter has had plastic surgery]
Lois Griffin: Ahh, I hate what you've become. Why don't you go back to that doctor and have him suck the fat out of your head?
Peter Griffin: Maybe I will, and then I'll put it on my feet and stand on Paul Bunyan's giant skillet to cook his flapjacks.
Lois Griffin: That doesn't make any sense.
Peter Griffin: It doesn't have to. I'm beautiful.

The One Where Peter Gets Liposuction...
23 June 2015 | by (Australia) – See all my reviews

I really enjoy this episode. I feel terrible for Chris because it's so horrible for people to be tormented because of their weight.

In this episode, Chris gets teased, tortured and tormented because of his weight, so he decides to go on a diet and start exercising, using Peter as his coach. Peter decides it would just be easier if Chris got liposuction, but Chris doesn't want the surgery. Peter ends up getting it and he looks completely different, and creepy, when he has lost the weight. Meanwhile, Stewie tries to tease Chris with food, but he ends up getting overweight himself.

Best part of the episode: When Stewie gets fat.

Worst part of the episode: When Peter thinks liposuction is an easy-fix solution.

Overall, I give this episode an 8 out of 10, which in my ratings book is: Awesome.
