- E and Ari bitterly blame each-other while worrying about the Aquaman deal even more now that the press has leaked it prematurely. Shauna got the Variety magazine to print that Vince is doing Aquaman and that Queens Boulevard got into Sundance.
While Johnny and Turtle keep spending money Vince still doesn't have. Carrie has ordered a $50K rug for their living room. Turtle needs money for a steamer, and Drama wants to buy new knives that cut the tomatoes real thin. E tells Drama and Turtle that they have no money and the Aquaman check is not in the bag yet. Vince spent every last bit of savings on the down payment for the mansion. Now the bills are just piling up.
Their TV celebrity neighbor Bob Saget expresses high praise for Vince landing Staci (Johanna Black), inaccessible to him, and discloses her dubious profession of being the high-class Hollywood Madame. Bob once offered her $100 K for a single night at the 4 seasons Maui and got smacked in the face.
Meanwhile Ari keeps trying to get hold of Dana, who is not returning his calls (he even threatens to advertise revealing pics of Dana from the time when she slept with Ari in Cancun, by starting a website and a full paged ad on the LA Times). Ari tries to call James Cameron, but gets Emily (Ari's old assistant, who now works for James). Ari never wrote Emily a reference letter like he promised and now she is not happy. She refuses to patch Ari through to James.
Turtle is having a cold streak with the girls and cant score. Drama calls in his sure things Lorraine, but even she walks away as she can see Turtle's desperation from the doorway. Vince takes the boys to Staci's where Staci feels awful that Vince didn't know she was a madame. She offers to hook up Turtle and Drama at no charge (her girls gets $5-7 K for the full pampering package).
E finally has to tell Vince, when after he tells the boys, & they start to get down on expenses and Vince gets all suspicious. Ari only confirms that Leo is out of the movie as he is booked solid for the next few years. Vince gives an ultimatum to both E & Ari, to get him into Aquaman or he will fire them both. It was a movie that Vince want to do, and was talked into by E and Ari and is now being told that the movie is possibly his.
E wants James to see Queens Boulevard, while Ari wants James to have dinner with Vince. Ari meets Dana at her daughter's school (when she is picking her up), and finds that James doesn't know who Vince is. He begs Dana to get Vince & James together for a meeting.
Meanwhile E goes behind Ari's back and meets Emily (whom he used to date) & arranges for James Cameron to screen Queens Boulevard. Vince's Queens Boulevard director Billy Walsh gets a high-profile request from E, to share a print of the movie for James Cameron to watch. Billy refuses and says that James has to watch the movie at Sundance, like everybody else. While this is going on, James cancels on the meeting with Vince & says that he won't meet Vince until he has seen Queens Boulevard. Ari blames E for the mess. Its all on E now.
