When Paxton fires on the Moon, the Moon is shown how it is viewed from Earth, yet Earth is in the distant background. Since the Moon is tidally locked with Earth, the shot should show the far side of the Moon, not the near side.
When Paxton injects himself with the hypo, the liquid in the vial is at the bottom with air in the space above it. When he pulls the trigger, we hear the injection, but no liquid is transferred. As is, he would have injected himself will an air bubble which can be fatal.
It makes no sense to send Tucker and T'Pol under cover. Even if they were not very well known on Earth (as they almost certainly would be) it would be likely that the faces of both Tucker and T'Pol would be known to the group they are attempting to infiltrate. It is their child that tips them off to the existence of the terrorist plot.
Dr. Phlox determines from DNA that the baby is the offspring of T'Pol and Commander Tucker. T'Pol says that she has never been pregnant. Everyone is puzzled as to how the child could exist. Yet, following three years of events involving time travel and the Temporal Cold War, absolutely no one even suggest the possibility that the child might be from the future.
Or the child could be a "test tube baby" by using in vitro fertilization (IVF), one of T'Pol's eggs and Commander Tucker's sperm cells that were collected at some time in the past. Or some type of cloning or genetic engineering as the Enterprise has had much experience with Augments and Dr. Arik Soong recently.
During the Terra Prime meeting at Orpheus, one of the complaints Josiah lists against non-humans is that the Vulcans killed 45 humans during the Embassy bombing in The Forge (2004). The true death toll was 31 humans & 12 Vulcans.
Paxton refers to Tucker and T'Pol as "star crossed lovers" and wonders if their relationship will end happier than the double suicide he referenced. "Star crossed" literally means "doomed to die". "Star crossed" was William Shakespeare's way of telling his audience that this is a tragedy and will end badly.
At 21:28 when Mayweather is talking to Gannet Brooks about the transfer of Trip from the Columbia to the Enterprise in S4 E16 Divergance, he says that the Columbia was 50 metres above them.
The transfer took place through the launch bays which are on the underside. Therefore he should have said that the Columbia was below them.
