A bad driver causes a traffic accident involving an ambulance carrying the heart patient, resulting in his death and five other injuries. Johnny dates a nurse interested in a long-term relationship. When a rescue crew was using a hydraulic spreader on the door of a crashed car, the window shattered, nearly injuring the driver. Standard fire rescue procedure in consideration of potential injuries from shattering glass is to cover the occupant(s) with a blanket and then preventative lay breaking the glass, which the firemen failed to do.
