A paramedic from Vietnam has been assigned to John and Roy, who absolutely thinks that he knows more than the Rampart doctors. Dixie confronts the trainee about his unprofessional behavior with the staff, especially, the paramedics. Roy, John, and the trainee interrupt a purse-snatching, rescue a man who fell down a cliff, help a woman overdosed on prescription drugs, and save a man with an insulin reaction. Written by
