Storyline

Roy is not looking forward to the annual visit from his mother-in-law. The paramedics assist two victims of an auto accident. Drs. Early and Brackett both argue about attending a convention in Acapulco; Dixie must encourage Dr. Brackett to go there with Dr. Early. An elderly man suffers stomach pains from drinking an elixir made from 50% alcohol, wants to get his pants back, but not until both Dixie and Dr. Early had told him to do exactly as Early said. A candy striper carelessly places a bottle of alcohol above a clock radio which spills out, and the ensuing fire sends the patient in the room into respiratory arrest. A boy's model rocket sparks a house fire. Written by Gary Richard Collins II (brothergaryii@gmail.com)

Trivia

The sit ups Roy was doing on the hard floor have been proven to be very damaging to the back and can lead to severe disc problems. This fact was unknown during the 1970's. Notice that Kevin Tighe walked funny for a few steps after doing the sit ups. He already caused some pain in his lower back. See more »
