Storyline

Marshall and Simon witness a homeless man being attacked by a woman with a ray gun and decide to help him out. Although the man mumbles nonsense and seems fascinated by electronics, the boys suspect that there's more to him than that and perhaps he's not as crazy as everyone believes. But things get really weird when they turn on the strange contraption the man was making. Written by Phil G

Later, we hear that evil Eunice once negotiated a multi-million-dollar plot orchestrated by Ed Meese to steal the 1980 election, "by pumping MacGyver's brain into Ronald Reagan, thereby quadrupling his IQ".
