Storyline

Police captain William Boone is preparing the security at a speech by Companion Da'an, a Taelon. They came to Earth three years ago and helped mankind a great deal. Hunger is gone and numerous diseases have been exterminated. Da'an is to sign an agreement with multinational Jonathan Doors to develop technology. Boone isn't happy however. FBI agent Ronald Sandoval has changed his plans and he is worried. He's right, in an attempted murder on Da'an Doors gets killed. He finds out the murder was committed by his old friend Eddy Jordan. When Da'an asks him to join his security team, he respectfully declines. He tells he wants to settle down with his wife Kate, but in reality he doesn't trust anyone who's motives are unknown. Then Kate dies rather unexpectedly and he's asked to reconsider. Written by Arnoud Tiele (imdb@tiele.nl)

The show is famous for the unusually high turnover rate among the regular cast, partially due to contractual disagreements between the cast and the producers. Almost all of the show's major characters were killed or otherwise removed within a season or two of being introduced.
