In this episode we get once again put before a question of whether
trying to save one life which would take a lot of budget that could
have helped others is ethical. It is a conflict between Luka and Pratt.
Very well developed and acted as well. Sure some people disagree but I
am with Pratt here. If one has a slight chance of survival one would
want the doctor to help all he can and not be sacrificed. Pratt is
right that Luka has a very different way of thinking about it after
going to Congo.
Abby dealing with the patient who is not able to be saved but can donate his organs is also very emotional. Especially since his girlfriend is involved. I found it very touching how Abby was explaining her how all the organs will be used to save others.
