Quotes

Dr. Gregory Pratt: When'd you start your rotation?
Nurse Abby Lockhart: Five minutes ago.
Dr. Gregory Pratt: Well, the NICU's great. Intubations, chest-tubes, umbilical lines. You get to do all sorts of teeny-tiny kick-ass procedures.
Nurse Samantha Taggart: Good luck, you two!
Dr. Gregory Pratt: Yeah, you're gonna love it! Let's get out of here.
Nurse Samantha Taggart: I hate the NICU.
Dr. Gregory Pratt: Those guys are screwed.

This was kind of boring. Abby and Neela go on rotation to Nicu and deal with very sick babies. Meh, the thing is that every episode in ER shows some horrible stories where not everyone survives. It being kids doesn't do any difference for me personally, so the episode didn't affect me. And every time there is a new student they second guess themselves because they get so upset over not successful stories. Has been done forever, this is already getting boring.

And is Neela stupid? Of course it is understandable the Chinese couple abandons the baby girl before they go to China, has she never heard anything about that country?.

It is obvious what it is that Abby has and Neela doesn't. It is called "experience". Abby has been a nurse forever and actually worked with kids before that. Neela is not that much of genius if she can't figure that out.

The good part of this episode was Weaver and her girlfriend having a baby. I never even realized they ended up agreeing on it.
