Episode cast overview, first billed only:

Kerry Weaver is named acting head of emergency medicine and immediately sets about changing procedures, which alienates everyone. John Carter finds himself doing a lot of scut work since his student never seems to be in the ER. Al Boulet is involved in a work site accident but doesn't want anyone to know he is HIV positive. It's Cynthia Hooper's first day as an ER desk clerk. Having finally agreed on a name for their child, Carla Reece and Dr. Benton disagree on whether he should be circumcised. They are told he can now go home. Fiddling with a gun left at reception by a patient, Jerry Marcovic blows up a car in the parking lot and the ER entrance. Written by garykmcd

Friendly Fire (#4.3)
27 December 2014 | by (Canada) – See all my reviews

Wow, that explosion was a bit bad! Looked pretty awesome, but a crazy idea. People kind of reacted pretty cool to what happened, as if they did it just so Cynthia gets some ringing in her ears.

Dr. Weaver as I see is giving more problems, but I now like her as a character so she doesn't bother me too much. Maggie on the other hand I can't stand. There is nothing that seems nice about her.

These days people are way more against circumcision it seems, but I feel it is mainly for the same reasons as Peter. Not even blaming Carla for what she did, he really was annoying.

I feel bad for Al. Wonder how it will go on for him now, seems like he will have trouble.
