*** This review may contain spoilers ***

In this episode the important part is the incident of the man dying because Carol used wrong blood type and it is leaked into the press to make the call in sick nurse action to seem as a reason for it. But Carol takes it as her responsibility and is suspended. Interesting, although I kind of have trouble seeing how them not being understaffed didn't play a role. Somebody who has to take over responsibility of so many coworkers is more likely to make a mistake, this way they kind of have proved how necessary they are, which cost a man his life.

Mark seems to be dating a lot now, wonder how it will go and if he will finally get an interesting relationship, although how can he have one since he would rather be with Susan.

And we have a nice guest star here, Kevin Thighe who has a pretty interesting case.
