Dr. Jing-Mei Chen (as Ming-Na)

On a busy Halloween night, Carter and Abby are the only staffers in costume when victims of an apartment building fire pack the ER. Corday takes on a new med student for a surgical rotation - Paul Nathan, who suffers from Parkinson's disease and decided to pursue medicine after being diagnosed. Despite a difficult first day, both professionally and medically, Nathan makes a difficult diagnosis. Romano's rehab lags behind his expectations, and he begins to doubt his role in surgery is no longer an option. In a moment of personal weakness, he tries to express his feelings for Corday. Weaver continues to display erratic behavior, raising staff suspicions about her menopause. Luka's burgeoning sex addiction worsens, as an affair with Chuny is revealed, and tensions rise when he treats a patient with a perpetual erection. Written by Anonymous

A Hopeless Wound (#9.5)
9 April 2015 | by (Canada) – See all my reviews

It is Halloween and lots of work in the ER. One great thing was that in this episode we had Katee Sackhoff. Too bad that it was just a very small part, she wasn't even a patient, but I recognized her right away.

Romano is dealing with the worry that he may never be a surgeon again. There was a great moment between him and Elizabeth today, he is a very interesting character.

Luka keeps on bringing fun with his out of control sexuality. Now looks like the nurse that is mad at him is like that because he slept with her. But it was "just one time".

A new character now as well. And he may bring some more interesting issues as he has Parkinsons and is a medical student.
