When the camera is panning over the soldiers the Dalek electrocuted, there is live ammo on the ground. They should be just the casings.
Some of the guards react to the water dripping on their faces from the sprinkler system, after being killed by the dalek.
Many of the "Americans" speak with "stage American" accents: i.e., not the way Americans really talk, but the way many British assume they do.
Dalek is escaping and enters the large room with the soldiers. He starts the sprinklers so he can kill them faster. When they show the dead soldiers they show some casings which were ejected from the soldiers' guns. The casings still have projectiles in them. If used, they would have been in magazines (clips) and would never fall out like they are shown.

The map of the US shown on Van Statten's monitor only shows 42 of the 48 contiguous states. Some, like Texas and Maine, are misshapen. Others, such as Maryland/Delaware or Vermont/New Hampshire/Connecticut/Rhode Island, are combined into single blocks. The upper peninsula of Michigan is missing.
At a base in Utah, USA, the Doctor is seen to use a UK keyboard with the vertical enter key.
In the scene where The Doctor and others are looking at a map of the United States, the upper peninsula of Michigan is left out.
The label for the Cyberman head the Doctor and Rose see in Van Statten's museum implies it is a relic of the events of the 1968 story The Invasion: Episode One (1968). However, the design of the head - in particular the prominent ribbed handlebars' and head-mounted gun - is strikingly different to those used in 'The Invasion', being much closer to the version used in the 1975 story Revenge of the Cybermen: Part One (1975).
At about 19:00 the soldier says that the lock has a billion combinations, to which The Doctor responds that the Dalek can calculate a thousand billion combinations in one second. Yet the Dalek takes over 10 seconds to calculate the correct combination.
At around 21:35, van Staten tells the soldiers to stop firing because he does not want a scratch on its bodywork. Yet earlier he had spent considerable time torturing it by drilling into its bodywork.
