[Walt sees three paint lab girls in black and white, despite the fact that the show is in color]
Walt Disney: Girls, just a moment! Haven't you got the word? We're in full color. Oh, well, a bit of color magic will fix it. Bibbidi-bobbidi-blue!
[the first girl turns red, the second green and the third blue]
Walt Disney: Whoops. I must've said the wrong words. Let's see. Ah, I know. NBC! Color TV!
[the girls all turned into their colored forms]
Walt Disney: Well, that's more like it.
Ludwig Von Drake: [Von Drake is fiddling with things behind a television set, specifically the colored cathode-ray bulbs] Now as you see, the red tube picks up red. The blue picks up blue.
[goes below the TV again and sings]
Ludwig Von Drake: Bluedy picks up de blue...
[comes up again with a pickle in a jar instead of a colored light bulb]
Ludwig Von Drake: And green, of course, picks up...
[sees the pickle]
Ludwig Von Drake: PICKLE! Look at that little honey there! Ha ha ha! I was wondering where I put that! Look at that pickle - this is a real dilly.
[takes a bite]
Ludwig Von Drake: [referring to the NBC Peacock] How do you like that guy? I'm gonna let you in on something. Confidentially, he dyed his feathers.
Ludwig Von Drake: [talking on a phone] You want to know how color TV works? Well, it works very good.
