The canteen is set to be redecorated, but Phillipa has made a mistake, so the Decorators arrive just as the staff are prepping for the day.
The second series opens up in the same way that the first closed, with great acting, wonderful characters, and some of the most exquisite one liners. Wood continued to be so selfless with her writing, once again giving everyone some marvellous one liners. A definite story arc in place, with Jean's marriage on the rocks.
Favourite moment has to be where Been takes Phillipa to task over forgetting to inform her of the change in plans. Still a job and a role that many take for granted, however it's mine that's incredibly tough.
Quality comedy, 8/10.
