He attempts to hustle a well to do man but falls short because his clothes are not fancy enough to pull off the trick.
So Arizon beats the man up and takes his clothes. Unfortunately the man dies.
Captain Matt Holbrook sends the detectives out to look for a man with a nice suit.
Meanwhile Arizon finds himself wit w new con. He pretends to be an investment broker and helps raise money for a group in a slum.
Only by pretending to double the money, many people in the neighbourhood throw themselves to invest money with him.
It is not long before Arizon has to kill again. A man blackmails in for a price of the action.
