Quotes

Ed Ferrara: So, the pig actually eats the bacon?
Tom Scavo: Uh, huh, yeah.
Ed Ferrara: I don't see the client doing a happy dance over the whole cannibalism theme.
Lynette Scavo: Well, Tom, why don't you pitch him the other idea you came up with last night. You know the one where people love bacon so much they want to keep it a secret.
Ed Ferrara: What like a secret underground society of bacon eaters?
Tom Scavo: More like my college fraternity, where, you know, everybody wanted in, but we only took the coolest guys.
Ed Ferrara: You were Greek?
Tom Scavo: Alpha Tau Omega.

A Good Episode

In Silly People,Tom tries hard to bond with his new boss.Too bad that it will be at the expense of his dignity since he will be playing childish games at the office. He tries to get Lynette to help him out with this matter.

Meanwhile, Susan gets some help from Edie and Karl on her situation of getting health insurance before her upcoming surgery. They coerce Susan to marry a gay man who's hiding the fact that he's gay from his mother. Too bad that the plan fails. Then, Karl gives Susan an offer she can't refuse.

As for Gabrielle, she becomes very attached to a temporary Chinese immigrant housekeeper who is staying with Solis' after being rescued by another slave owner employer.

Finally, Bree tries to uncover more about the Applewhites by sneaking into their house to meet Caleb. This leads to a heart-to-heart conversation between Betty and Bree.

This episode was silly but it was definitely entertaining.Bree has been interesting in it. Tom's and Lynette's storyline at the office has been somewhat bearable.Gabby's storyline was also interesting. I'd like to see where that story goes. As for Susan's storyline,it was definitely awkward but I like how it turned out in the end.Overall,it was a good episode.
