Storyline

The women decide to go ahead with the big dinner party that the late Mary Alice Young had planned to host, despite the more-than-minor disturbances in their own lives. Adulterous Gabrielle finds herself with a nine-year-old blackmailer, named Ashley, who catches Gabrielle in the act with John. Meanwhile, control-freak Bree struggles to keep her crumbling marriage a secret. Susan bares all (in more ways than one) as she confronts her ex-husband Karl over his new teenage mistress. Lynette has her husband Tom look after their kids for one evening just to show him just how uncomfortable her home life really is. Also, Paul and Zach continue to quarrel over the late Mary Alice and about her mysterious past they are desperately trying to hide. Written by Anonymous

Mary Alice Young: [voice over narration] After I died, I began to surrender the parts of myself that were no longer necessary. My desires, beliefs, ambitions, doubts. Every trace of my humanity was discarded. I discovered, when moving through eternity, it helps to travel lightly. In fact, I held onto only one thing. My memory. It's astonishing to look back on the world I left behind. I remember it all. Every single detail. Like my friend, Bree Van De Kamp. I remember the easy confidence of her smile,...

The women decide it's best to go ahead with the big dinner party that Mary Alice had planned to host, despite their own disturbances. A nine- year-old girl catches Gabrielle and John together and begins to blackmail her. Bree tries to keep her marital problems a secret and Susan confronts her ex- husband, with surprising results. All happens in this episode.

This was another great episode of the which continued its very unique blend of humor mystery sex and murder.Added to that,it did a great job of keeping the characters interesting, fresh and fun. Also,we get interested in Gabrielle and John due to the affair they have. Also,we realize that Bree has marital problems and Susan does not have a great relationship with her ex-husband.Viewers are hooked on this show.
