5.Susan is taken as a hostage when Zach holds her at gunpoint, hoping to find Mike.

6.A series of flashbacks reveal Mary Alice's real history and her reason for suicide.

The season finale was absolutely fantastic. It was very well written and acted. Plausible through out and just plain entertaining. The conclusion to the Mary Alice's story was perfect. Just perfect. The opening scene was excellent where everything is explained in the flashbacks. It was very well done and also very scary.

Just a great show.
