He did it. She lied.

Warning: Spoilers
People are going to either love or hate this episode, a very funny commentary on the issue of sexual harassment in the workplace involvong the case of Clarence Thomas and Anita Hill. It also involves the controversial issue of political discussions in the workplace, but what is there gives a well rounded conversation on the issue. It's the first episode of Bernice in season 6, even though it is assumed that she has already met Allison. A future episode shows how they met and probably should have aired first. While the inclusion of actual supreme court hearings can be a bit annoying, it's almost a necessity for this episode the way it is presented. Annie Potts is obviously having a blast in her Bette Davis costume as Mary Jo and Julia are in costume for stage version of "Whatever Happened to Baby Jane", going into a Julia like termination after Alison's very lame support of Thomas. It appears that Julia Duffy had a bit of laryngitis when this was filmed. The conclusion is nothing more than a newsreel, and it's a bit preachy, but it's also one of the most famous episodes of the series in addition to probably the most controversial.
