A massive improvement over the ski lodge episode.

Warning: Spoilers
I didn't realize that the reservations for eight episode that ended season 2 would be followed by this one, another vacation for the Designing Women and their men (although Dash Goff the writer is fortunately absent). This time, the man bashing is gone and there's rivalry with the presence of a buxom Norwegian nanny (Rika Hofmann) who sets the men's hearts of letter and the women's jealousies ablazing.

You can really identify with the women's insecurities with the presence of Ursula, and everything about her is just too perfect. She's not a vixen or out to cause problems, but when you look like that, unintentional desires will pop up. It's up to Suzanne, the one single attendee to the vacation, to settle the issues, and this it comes one of her great moments in the series.

I didn't find the charades challenge all that believable with what the women chose to try to fool Ursula and the men on their own team. But a very funny moment concerning Mary Jo and Ursula's bra is very funny. You begin to wonder why they toned down the feminist arguments from the previous episode in this similar one because it takes a much more fair view of gender issues rather than weaken one in favor of the other. Even with Julia's earlier rant in the ski lodge, she's a bit more fair here, making me rate this higher.

Probably my favorite of the lesser episodes

There are BIG Designing Women episodes where "very special" topics are discussed. This is not one of them. However, there is a lot in these 22 minutes about the relationships between the women and their men, which is nice. That being said, my favorite part of this episode is at the very end when Suzanne gives Ursula (the hired au pair) her walking papers. Suzanne's little speech is very Suzanne and one instance where she uses her powers for good. You might even say that it's a "crowning" moment!
