One thing this series drives home to the viewer is promises need to be kept. This is especially the case if you're promising kids something. And Dennis isn't going to forget a slight. In the real world kids will learn to get used to unexplained disappointment. This is television, so it's got to be worked out for the children. And a solution happens. Too bad Mr. Wilson has to put up with Mr. Brady. Best thing about this episode is a hilarious dream sequence while Mr. Wilson deals with dilemma of a road race and the neighborhood kids wanting a ride in the car. Dennis was never funnier than in this one. It's a great short for Margaret too. Perry Mason fans may want to watch this for laughs. See a Kangaroo Court in action.
