I've never given this show less than a seven. It is a superb masterpiece of a series and is still my favorite but this episode... I always understood and got over the fact that the show was corny, but it told its stories well, and in the end, I always find myself saying "wow, they really took me for a ride." For the first time in 3 seasons, I wasn't taken for a ride filled with creativeness and swerves. I'm the biggest moron when it comes to mysteries, I never realize whodunit until the last second of any show or film. But, for some reason, I was ten steps ahead of this one each time. Very predictable episode, which is was something I never predicted for TDZ, as I would always "fall for" whatever they were trying to swerve me with. Good track record, though, for TDZ. It did take about 30 episodes until I figured one out. So, I don't hold too much of a grudge. And the story told was basically a creative one and needed to be told. So, definitely not a wasted effort, just one that I saw coming a mile away for each swerve they brought out.
