Drake tracks a counterfeiter
3 August 2015 | by (Tennessee) – See all my reviews

John Drake's Mission: Find the source of millions of dollars in counterfeit currency and put a stop to it.

Under the Lake is easily one of the absolute best of the 30 minute Danger Man episodes. It features a very tight script without any wasted scenes. There's probably not a throwaway moment in the whole thing. The action is plentiful giving Drake a real chance to show his abilities. The finale is as tense as any I've seen. It's a very well put together episode. The acting is first rate. In addition to the steady McGoohan, Christopher Rhodes, Moira Redmond, and Roger Delgado are highlights for me. This is Redmond's second appearance in a Danger Man episode and I wish she could have been in more.

When I finish going through these 30 minute episodes, I think I'll put together a list of my five or ten favorite, I'm sure Under the Lake will be on that list. A 9/10 from me.
