Pam, still afraid to have a baby because of her genetic disease, continues to shun Bobby's affection. Further pressure comes from her boss, Harrison Page, who wants her to go to Paris on the fashion industry's annual shopping trip for new clothing lines. Bobby sees her off at the airport. On way out of the terminal, Bobby runs into Jenna Wade, who has just put her daughter on a plane. Harrison Page asks Pam about it and she turns to see Bobby give a rather long "hello" smooch to Jenna, but she plays it off as an old friend. Page, who has been around long enough to know what he's really seeing, smiles and boards the plane. He has no romantic interest in Pam but knows that if her marriage is on the rocks, she'll continuing working hard at The Store. Bobby and Jenna get reacquainted with dinner and then a picnic to a spot they used to frequent as teenagers. Pam calls from Paris and gets antsy when she learns Bobby is out, knowing he's with Jenna. Francine Tucker took over the role of Jenna Wade because Morgan Fairchild had signed on to "Flamingo Road," NBC's short-lived entry into the nighttime soap genre. With Tucker in the role, the producers of "Dallas" replaced the three major recurring characters from the series' first full season. Ted Shackleford replaced David Ackroyd as Gary; Mary Crosby took over as Kristin, and Keenan Wynne took over as Digger Barnes from David Wayne. Tucker's time as Jenna would last just two episodes. Later on, after Bobby and Pam got a divorce, Jenna would return full-time, with Priscilla Presley chosen to fill the part. See more
