Storyline

Miss Ellie's long-lost brother, Garrison, returns to Southfork, putting Miss Ellie in Heaven but Jock and JR through Hell, as they believe that the elder Southworth has designs on regaining title to the ranch... and that it was a lovely young woman accompanying him that put the idea in Garrison's head. Best episode of them all
25 May 2016 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

I guess I could say this wasn't the best episode in terms of the overall story of the Dallas saga, it was pretty self-contained, but as someone who has a sister and lives on a farm, this episode always got to me. I imagine someday she and I will be standing on the ole family farm together, looking at it likely for last time, saying "It's Great to Be Home."

So, yeah, whoever wrote this, it is a nice little hidden gem, thank you.

Well, they say I must write at lest 10 lines of text, so, OK, I don't want to give spoilers but I thought this was one of the more "family" type episodes, not much about wheeling and dealing oil, or any of that, tho it is hinted at, just a nice brother/sister story.
