Storyline

Conclusive DNA evidence points to Dean Resnick being the murderer/rapist, not only in the Sandy Whelan case, but also the cases up and down the Pacific coast, as well as possibly some cases in the United Kingdom. And information from a witness about Sandy's "friend" at the bar indicates that that friend could have been Mona. Because Joanna escaped, Dean and Mona feel they need to flee the country to Costa Rica. Needing to do some last minute business, Dean goes back to the house while Mona waits for him at a motel across the border in Blaine. Meanwhile, Joanna is able to provide some useful information on finding where she was being held captive. She, Leary and Shannon get to the house while Dean is there and the detectives manage to apprehend him. Dean and his lawyer try to negotiate a deal including "cash for bodies", non-extradition to the US and not giving up Mona. Against the wishes of Regan, Da Vinci negotiates the cash for bodies deal with funding from a private citizen whose ... Written by Huggo
