Several times, Jordan refers to the impressions on the victim's leg as lividity marks. However there are two problems. First, there is no discoloration. Lividity displays itself as a dark purple discoloration of the body and can also be referred to as Livor Mortis or Post Mortem Hypostasis. These marks are just skin impressions. Second, the marks wrap around the victim's leg more than 180 degrees. We later discover the cause of the impressions to be bathroom tiles where the victim was laying down for hours. A flat surface is not consistent with the wrapped nature of the marks.
In Season 1, Episode 4 "Born to run", Jordan closes her apartment door in her ex-boyfriend Tyler's face. However, this door and the rest of the apartment seen in this episode is identical with the apartment her Dad finds for Jordan in Season 1, Episode 6 "Believers".
