Definitely One Of The Best Episodes
2 April 2010 | by See all my reviews

After Jeff had time traveled in the previous episode to solve a crime that Holly solved without time traveling and she forbid him from any more time traveling, this episode actually seemed like a good follow-up to such tension.

Jeff now approached Holly about time traveling to win the lottery so she could get money to repair the machine, only he would travel and give her the winning numbers.

A sub-plot involving stolen gold is actually very good as well, but the twists and turns in Jeff's attempts to give Holly the winning lottery numbers is intriguing to watch.

Perhaps a bigger twist would be Grisham's query into how Jeff was guarding the gold shipment and should she later learn he was at the scheduled event that she sought to cancel (which is why he never ran into himself because he WAS actually at the other event), but it didn't materialize.

Definitely one of the best episodes tho, especially for the 'lottery win'.
