A strange rocket crash lands on Earth containing a secret agent. The agent is carrying a modified fuel which he intends to let Commander Cody use to test his rocket. Once the agent is satisfied the new fuel works well enough he intends to steal Cody's rocket and return to his home world with a powerful new weapon for the supreme leader.
