This case was from a woman's murder in 1989. The case is reopened in 2004 when the witness gets in trouble with the law and is a juvenile delinquent and arrested several times. The witness was her three-year old son on the night of his birthday. The son remembers red and yellow balloons, a train, and the name Bobby. The team investigates the case. They discover things that don't add up. Lilly attempts to drill some sense into the juvenile and brings up part of her past. Written by
