Another little gem

A unusual story of a big fire in a small country town. And then the rumour - ONLY a rumour - about the possibility of a small boy who was smoking and was responsible of the fire. And what all that provokes in that little community where the rumour spreads faster than the fire itself !!!

A very accurate study of the human behaviour. All the cruelty and human naughtiness is shown here around this affair. It goes further than the little boy smoking, believe me...

Directed by the very TV prolific Don Medford.

And strangely, in this fire story, plays Linda Darnell, the great actress who died some years later in a fire, when she tried to save a person.
