Storyline

Cheyenne is appointed sheriff of Rye Patch to head up the posse looking for the killer of Gus Lundy and the man who ransacked Cheyenne's cabin who he wounded when he got away. Unknown to the townspeople, the newly resigned sheriff is the father of the man who is guilty of these and many other crimes. His twin sister is unaware of her brother's history and tells Cheyenne that she hasn't heard from him in almost two years. The budding romance between Cheyenne and Francy threatens to come apart when he catches up with her twin brother who he must now bring to justice even if that means losing Francy and exposing her father's long held secret about the Pocatello kid.
